Delvert Neal

About Us

Delvert Neal - Project Management • Software Lifecycle • Graphic Arts - Delvert is a Project manager with 6+ years of experience as a scrum master and 20+ years as a project manager leading and supporting functional and development teams for mission critical IT systems. He has strong analytical and product management skills by providing a thorough understanding of customer's business needs and translates them into application and operational requirements. Delvert has full software delivery lifecycle experience working across platforms with multiple integration points. Delvert’s academic credentials include graduate work in telecommunications and Project Management and a BS in Mathematics w/ emphasis in Computer Science. His background spans many industries including telecommunications, government, and healthcare. As a hobby, Delvert is a graphic artist, screen printer & embroiderer.

Robert Joseph, PhD. Dr. Robert Joseph is a Data Scientist. He is an expert at taking the complex and making it simple. He has a passion for giving people the tools they need to learn while increasing their abilities to push further into the learning. As a graduate of MIT and Carnegie Mellon, Robert has over 15 years of experience as a University Professor teaching adult learners, ten of which were full time teaching of Undergraduate and Graduate Computer Science and Math students both in classroom and online. Robert has developed Learning Management Systems for Martial Arts training, Leadership, Waste Disposal, Programming, Yoga and Databases. He holds a patent on a Virtual DJ system and is a developer of a student management system for Bering Strait School district. He has created online courses in Data Science for 6th-12th grade students and corporate reskilling for career transition. He serves on the advisory board for the Georgia Department of Education in the area of Comp. Sci..

Data Science • Commercial Software Development • Business Leadership Dr. Donna Auguste has earned BS, MS, and PhD engineering degrees with extensive work in electrical engineering, computer science, artificial intelligence, and data science. Donna and her team have taught many hands-on STEM workshops for children, with a focus on including children from communities underrepresented in STEM such as those who are Black, Latinx, Indigenous, neuro-diverse and/or Deaf. Donna co-founded a technology startup company, Freshwater Software, that grew to include 64 employees, over 3000 customers, and software products that are still serving customers 20 years after the startup was acquired for $147M. In industry, she has managed diverse teams of technical staff who developed and maintained products through many product life cycles. Donna founded the Leave a Little Room Foundation that helped to provide housing, schools, electricity, and medical care in impoverished communities.

Dr. Richard Charles, a Data Scientist and Mathematician, has over 20 years in public education, including 15 years developing STEM Programming. His experiences also include work as an Adjunct Professor at both the University of Colorado’s and the University of Denver’s Colleges of Education and Engineering and Sciences programs. Richard serves as a Reviewer and Researcher in Mathematics and STEM Education for National research publications. He has successfully led teams of students and teachers in designing research experiments and solutions for NASA astronauts on the International Space Station (ISS). Richard graduated from the NYC Public School system and received his Bachelor degree in Pure Mathematics from the City University of New York, and his Master’s and PhD in Applied Mathematics from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He is a licensed teacher and administrator in the state of Colorado and has served as a research scientist in telecommunications and defense.

Data Science • Software Development & Ops • Bilingual Craig Preston is an entrepreneurial technology leader specializing in e-learning systems, web development, and business support systems. Craig has more than three decades of experience in software development & engineering, project management, training, and consulting in the United States and Europe. Craig has held leadership roles in information technology start-ups over the past twenty years. He currently serves as the COO of Team MindShift, an innovative training and technology solutions company. Team MindShift builds virtual learning environments and courses for clients as well as its own data science and technology curricula. As COO and Co-Founder at Team Internet Marketing, he led the creation of nearly 200 websites, mobile apps, e-learning, and e-commerce solutions. As Director of Information Services for Evans Solutions, Inc., Craig led the development of all the information systems for a chartered school.

Lisa Neal-Graves, Esq Lisa Neal-Graves, as former CEO of Trustify Community Incorporated, is a visionary leader, strategist, and experienced attorney. She is the former Chief Innovation Officer for the Office of the Colorado State Attorney General. In addition to her work in the AG's office, Lisa has 25+ years in business operations and product management. Prior to her role with the Colorado AG, Lisa served as Vice President and General Manager of the Cloud Strategic Product Group at Zayo Group. With more than 25 years of communications infrastructure, cybersecurity and data privacy expertise, as well as SaaS/IaaS/PaaS business model development, prior to her role at Zayo Group, Lisa spearheaded Intel Corporation’s advanced technology strategic long-range planning (TSLRP), lived as an expat in Shanghai China for three years, and served as legal counsel for the corporate CIO. Prior to joining Intel, Lisa held several executive positions within Unisys, ServiceWare, and Chase Manhattan

Ed Freeman. PhD (Emeritus) Artificial Intelligence • Psychometrics • Research & Development Dr. Freeman is a data scientist whose work has focused on Psychometrics, Artificial Intelligence, R&D, K-12 education and analytics, and managing teams to create new technologies. He served as CIO/CTO for Denver Public Schools, and provided consulting and strategic support for the Council of Great City Schools, as well as other various public and private sector advisory boards, committees and consulting organizations.
